1st floor apartment has two master bedrooms and comfortably accommodates (6+3). The apartment is spaciously equipped with two single bedrooms (mountain/city view), large living room and dining room with large veranda. 1 ½ bath/washing machine and television.
Both apartments have a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains and gulf of Castellammare.

Rent Includes:
Heat, hot water, gas and electric. One set of bed linen for the week.
End of visit cleaning, provided that the apartment is left in decent condition.

Security Deposit:
A cash deposit of €300 will need to be paid on arrival at
the villa as guarantee, which shall be refunded on departure date upon
inspection of the premises.
Check-in & Check-out Times
Villa will be ready on the date of your arrival; please provide at least 24 hr
notice to our agent that will meet you upon arrival, also provide notice of
your scheduled departure to meet agent to exchange security deposit and keys.
Departure time shall be no later that 3:00 PM.
Special Amenities and Services
The entire villa can accommodate in its entirety up to 15 persons and can be
rented in its entirety for any special occasion you may have (such as family
reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, etc)
Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 30% rental amount shall be paid at the time of reservation.
Cancellation penalties are:
14 day or less (No refund of deposit amount)
